Sara’s law practice focuses on construction law, products liability and commercial disputes. She has experience in a class action international products liability case as well.
Representative Experience
- Won a summary judgment on behalf of Health Club, arguing that a waiver and release executed by the Plaintiff precluded the Plaintiff from bringing negligence claims against the Health Club and it's owner.
- Won a summary judgment on behalf of a plumbing company in a 5-year-old Statue of Limitations lawsuit which had been transferred to multiple law firms before Macdonald Devin took over a few months prior to the trial.
