Steve is a seasoned trial lawyer, having successfully concluded over fifty jury trials and arbitrations. He has resolved hundreds of cases through summary judgment or negotiated settlements and has won appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, the Texas Supreme Court and numerous Texas appellate courts.

Steve’s broad range of experience includes all matters of commercial disputes. His experience includes cases involving insurance coverage, title disputes, partnership and business dissolution issues, insurer market conduct, class actions, employment claims, supplier disputes, broker-dealer conduct, ERISA coverage, trust and probate contests, and a full variety of other civil matters.
