In August, 2009, NFL Football Hall of Fame inductee Forrest Gregg, with the help of legal services provided by Macdonald Devin's Greg Ziegler, published his first book, Winning in the Trenches: A Lifetime of Football, Clerisy Press. Andy O'Toole co-authored.

The book is not only a memoir that chronicles Mr. Gregg's life and legendary career as a football player and coach, but also offers life lessons in achieving success while overcoming adversity. It is a fascinating glimpse of a bygone era in professional football from one of the players who epitomized it.
