Alex Blue was the featured speaker for the Structural Engineers Association of Texas, Fort Worth Chapter on Ethical Obligations and Duties Owed by a Structural Engineer on a Commercial Project: Where Do They Begin and End?

The presention included an overview of the duties and ethical obligations of structural engineers including discussion of the source and scope of the duties and obligations and to whom the duties and obligations are owed.
