Alex Blue, Panel Speaker for SEAoT Dallas Chapter

Alex Blue was a panel speaker for the Dallas Chapter of Structural Engineers of Texas at the April 2011 meeting.  The topic Ethical Obligations of Structural Engineers included an overview of the duties and ethical obligations of structural engineers, including discussion of the source and scope of the duties and obligations, and to whom the duties and obligations are owed. Analysis and discussion will focus on where the engineer's duties and obligations begin and end on commercial projects and best practices related thereto.
