Greg Ziegler and Bryan Rutherford win appeal mandating dismissal of structural engineer in foundation case

Greg Ziegler and Bryan Rutherford represented a structural engineering firm sued for allegedly defective foundation design in Harris County (Houston), Texas. Greg Ziegler filed a motion to dismiss, which the trial judge denied. The Houston Court of Appeals reversed the trial judge and ordered that all claims against the structural engineer be dismissed.
