Areas of Practice

Overview

Macdonald Devin associate Damian Williams is an experienced litigation
attorney who knows that success in the courtroom does not come without
extensive preparation, an appreciation of the big picture, and a mastery of
the smallest details.

Damian’s practice focuses on complex commercial and transactional
litigation, construction disputes, insurance and premises liability litigation,
and transportation cases. While understanding that legal acumen and
exceptional advocacy skills are indispensable tools for litigators, Damian
strongly believes that the best legal representation also includes an
application of real world experience and knowledge.

Damian brings a unique and advantageous perspective to civil litigation
matters. A former assistant district attorney in the Dallas County District
Attorney’s Office, Damian successfully became a trial attorney assigned to
prosecute the highest degrees of felony crimes, including high-level drug
cases, and white-collar crime.

A graduate of the University of Southern California who earned his J.D. from
Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, Damian passionately
cheers for the USC Trojans and Chicago Bears when not serving his clients,
and spends time with his wonderful wife, who is also an attorney, and their

U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
