A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, Jenifer earned her law degree, cum laude, from Baylor Law School, where she was a Leon Jaworski Scholar. She is admitted to practice in all Texas and Georgia state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

When not serving her clients, Jenifer enjoys volunteering at nonprofit kitchens, visiting farmer’s markets, working in the local community garden, and spending time with her family and her cat, Bagheera.

  • Represented international medical device manufacturer in MDL product liability litigation and drafted numerous successful motions for summary judgment resulting in dismissal in favor of client
  • Successfully litigated product liability/premises liability lawsuit resulting in dismissal in favor of client
  • Defended national manufacturing company in high‐stakes, product liability dispute representing industrial manufacturer
  • Handled all stages of litigation of construction defect case resulting in favorable settlement
  • Obtained favorable settlement in multi‐million dollar construction defect and breach of contract case
  • Negotiated structured settlement on behalf of medical professional in breach of contract case
  • Worked directly with trustee and trust beneficiary clients in cases involving claims for breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, and malpractice brought against trustee
  • Represented numerous apartment complexes, hotels, and retail companies against wrongful death claims
  • Obtained favorable settlement in highly contentious toxic tort lawsuit
  • Successfully arbitrated securities case against national trading company and resulting in favorable settlement
