Areas of Practice

Overview

A seasoned litigator, Robert Ewert believes in the power of preparation. Robert understands that the key to obtaining a successful outcome in complex litigation often rests on which attorney has the better grasp of the factual details and legal nuances applicable to the matter at hand. Preparation not only sets the stage for victory at trial, it positions cases for pretrial dismissal or favorable settlement. That is why Robert is meticulous in his review of each case, working tirelessly to ensure that no area has been left unexplored and no argument has been left unanticipated.

Focusing his practice on personal injury and commercial litigation, Robert has conducted all aspects of litigation, including initial case evaluation, dispute resolution efforts, preparing pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery, witness preparation, and the taking and defense of depositions.

Robert earned his law degree from Texas Tech University, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as student articles editor for the Texas Tech Journal of Texas Administrative Law. Prior to law school, Robert received a bachelor of Arts Degree with honors from Texas Lutheran University.

Outside of the office, Robert is an active volunteer for Good Shepherd Rescue and Sanctuary of North Texas. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys scuba diving with his wife.
