Overview

With his sterling academic credentials and over a decade of varied and hands-on work as a project architect, associate Russell Weisbard provides his construction industry clients with the practical insights and perspectives that can only come from experience. A licensed architect whose projects have included work on hospitality, educational, medical, institutional, and recreational projects, Russell intuitively understands the needs and concerns of those involved in these complex, collaborative, and multi-faceted endeavors. His sound legal counsel is a product of his unique background, attention to detail, and focus on listening.

Before earning his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, Russell received both an undergraduate and master’s degree in architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Father of two sons, Russell likes to take them on trips against their will along with his girlfriend and her kids. He also enjoys dreaming about woodworking, specifically making furniture he’s designed himself.

Russell is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts.
