Trent has represented numerous prominent businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, banks, insurers, product manufacturers and distributors, railroads, and construction companies. He has served clients in a variety of industries including transportation, construction, professional services, medical care, insurance, and retail.

Trent’s diverse litigation practice includes advancing and protecting his clients’ interests in cases involving commercial claims, professional malpractice, healthcare, fraud and false claims, personal injury and wrongful death, negligence, premises liability, construction, and the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Before joining the firm, Trent practiced as a criminal defense attorney, where he refined his trial practice skills. He also assisted individuals and families seeking immigration to the United States on visa and permanent resident card applications. Later, Trent focused his practice on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation and went on to represent clients in a variety of legal matters, primarily in litigation on behalf of railroads and highway construction companies.

After graduating, cum laude, from Texas Tech University, Trent earned his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where he was a featured author in the Florida Coastal Law Review. When not serving his clients, Trent enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, golfing, and playing competitive sports.

Trent is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas.
