Macdonald Devin P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Edgeworth to the firm.
Ms. Edgeworth is a community leader and accomplished trial attorney. Throughout her career, she has repesented Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and individuals, and has defended multi-million dollar claims. Her practice focuses on construction defect, employment law, environmental law, general business law, contract drafting and negotiation, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and toxic torts. She is a frequent speaker and presenter on a variety of litigation and general business topics.
Ms. Edgeworth has served as the Lead Texas Chairperson for Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, is a past President of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, was a Barrister for the Patrick E. Higginbotham Inn of Court, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Collin County Women Lawyers Association. Ms. Edgeworth is also very active in the community. She is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Plano, Class 33, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Auxiliary to Children’s Medical Center Plano. She is a Sustainer of Junior League of Collin County, was a longtime member of Junior League of Dallas, served on the Board of Directors for Our Friends Place, and served on the Alumni Board for TCU’s Neeley School of Business. Ms. Edgeworth is certified in Environmental Risk Management (ERM) by Texas State University.

Ms. Edgeworth earned her J.D., as well as her M.B.A., from Baylor University in 1999. In 1996, she graduated from Texas Christian University, cum laude, with her B.B.A.
