Taylor D. Brisco is an associate at the firm who focuses her practice on litigation. Taylor’s legal experience includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office (New York County) where she prosecuted misdemeanor cases in New York County Criminal Court and felony cases in New York County Supreme Court as well as conducted investigations.

Taylor was also an associate at a law firm in New York City where she focused on general liability and labor law defense litigation. Taylor graduated from Marquette University Law School where she engaged heavily in the sports law program. Taylor was the Editor-in-Chief of the MARQUETTE SPORTS LAW REVIEW, a research assistant for a Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research professor for two years, and achieved third place with her teammates at the annual Villanova University School of Law Game Day Case Negotiation competition.

While in law school, Taylor interned at a city attorney’s office, the Milwaukee Bucks, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Taylor also completed her Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution at the same time she completed her Juris Doctor.

Taylor is licensed to practice in all New York and Wisconsin state courts with Texas state courts pending. Outside of the firm, Taylor enjoys cheering for the Denver Nuggets and Denver Broncos, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
