What do you like best about working at Macdonald Devin?

What I love best about working at my job is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. I feel a sense of fulfillment knowing that the work I do directly contributes to our clients and the firm as a whole. The collaborative and dynamic nature of how we work as a team also fuels my passion. I thrive in an environment where I can exchange ideas, learn from my colleagues, and collectively solve complex problems. Additionally, the company culture promotes growth and provides ample opportunities for professional development. How did you get into the legal field?

I was always fascinated by the court houses and how attorneys would fight for their clients. As soon as I graduated high school, I got a degree in criminal justice so I could start my dream job and career in the legal field. Here I am 17 years later and very happy I chose this as my career.
