Jamie Modelo is an associate at the firm who focuses her practice on litigation. A proud Patriot, Jamie graduated with honors from Dallas Baptist University. As an undergraduate, she was Vice President of Young Women for America and a member of Alpha Delta Kappa sorority. While earning her law degree from South Texas College of Law, she participated in the Transactional Practice Center, served as President of the Health Law Society, was a member of the Garland R. Walker American Inn of Court, and volunteered for Texas Legal Services.
Overview
Prior to joining the firm, Jamie’s worked for a firm which focused on transactional work and business litigation. Her experience included all aspects of business formation, maintenance, and termination. She also drafted letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and worked on tenant leases for portfolios that included national tenants such as Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s Subs.
Jamie loves diving into the Word and pistachio cannoli from Eataly. She is an aspiring citizen of the world, having traveled to more than 15 countries, and enjoys playing golf with her husband, Bruno.
