Joel is a zealous advocate for his clients’ interests.  He is an experienced trial lawyer with a passion stoked by the desire for justice for all.


Joel first gained extensive trial experience as a prosecutor in the County Attorney’s Office in Potter County, the Ellis County District Attorney’s Office, and as a criminal defense attorney.  His docket of cases included numerous matters involving felony charges, including sexual assault, drug distribution and murder.

After transitioning to civil law, Joel has represented clients in matters involving allegations of breach of contract, personal injury, property disputes, and construction defects.  Joel draws on his experience to provide legal advice and representation in novel and innovative ways.
