Overview

Kevin has represented clients in a vast range of matters, including commercial litigation disputes, personal injury cases, and commercial and real estate transactions. Kevin began his legal career by representing clients in real estate transactions, where he developed a keen eye for contract review and redlining to properly mitigate and allocate risk and liability for his clients. This included an in-depth analysis of title instruments, surveys, loan documents, insurance policies, purchase-sale agreements, title commitments, lease documents, company operating agreements, and corporation bylaws. Kevin has also worked on a variety of civil and commercial litigation cases including but not limited to contract disputes, construction litigation, personal injury cases, employment and labor law violations, real property disputes, mechanic’s & materialmen’s liens, subrogation matters, intellectual property disputes, and hospital liens. Kevin enthusiastically applies all his experiences and his utmost dedication to his clients to his work at Macdonald Devin Madden Kenefick Harris & Quinn, PC.

Kevin is a proud alumnus of the University of Texas School of Law, where he also was a student attorney for both Texas Law’s Housing Clinic and Transnational Worker’s Rights Clinic. During this time, Kevin routinely obtained favorable outcomes for his clients, whether it was a reasonable accommodation based on a disability to help his client avoid an eviction, or by securing payments for general contractors and subcontractors who were improperly withheld funds after rendering services and fully performing on the contract. While in law school, Kevin was a member of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal and the Texas Review of Entertainment & Sports Law.

Kevin is a skilled communicator who always ensures that his clients are well-informed about their cases and how he is aggressively obtaining justice for them. Kevin is passionate about obtaining the best resolution possible for his clients.
