Sandra Horne is an experienced appellate attorney, litigator, and former in-house attorney with a strong background in drafting winning appellate briefs and motions. Overview
Sandra’s practice currently focuses on appellate and motion practice. She is particularly gifted at spotting obscure arguments and issue-dispositive points of law. Before joining the firm, Sandra practiced tort defense law with the Office of the Attorney General, followed by several years as in-house counsel—first for a hazardous chemical manufacturer and later in the higher education sector.
