On Monday, our firm celebrated another victory in Dallas County. Plaintiff brought a Timberwalk premises liability claims arising from an assault at an apartment complex.

At pretrial, John Kenefick argued a Rule 166(g) motion drafted by Aspen Kelley, asserting that Plaintiff’s claims should fail as a matter of law. Aspen Kelley did a fantastic job with developing our factual and legal defenses, which set the stage for the winning motion and a clean sweep on behalf of our clients.

A special thanks goes to Paul Downey for the help developing the motion and to paralegal Jazmine Fears for the help working the case up and in preparation for trial.

Congratulations to John, Aspen, Paul, and Jazmine!
