The trial team of John Kenefick, Jason Jung, Jamie Modelo and Paul Downey achieved a complete defense verdict on behalf of a large national general contractor which was alleged to have breached its contract and committed negligence by the owner of a high-end assisted living facility in Dallas. The plaintiff claimed over $50,000,000 in damages related to alleged defects with the construction.
Through detailed preparation and coordination, the trial team was able to present a clear and concise case which established that the plaintiff failed to carry its burden of proof on all counts. The Court entered a “take-nothing” judgement in favor of the Firm’s client.
