Oliver Krejs and Lily Porter were victorious in a jury trial in Lamar County, Texas (Paris) in February 2025. Plaintiff was a motorcyclist who was involved in a collision with our client’s vehicle. Liability and damages were disputed. Oliver and Lily were able to discredit the testimony of the plaintiff and his “eyewitness” witness and cast doubt on the extent and cause of plaintiff’s alleged damages. The jury returned a take nothing verdict and judgment was entered in favor of our client.
